HouseStay Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policies
Strict Cancellation Policy:
After a booking has been confirmed the tenant(s) can cancel the booking up to 60 nights before their move in date. If the tenant(s) cancel their booking they may get a partial refund depending on the situation, and will be subject to the following terms:
- 1st Months’ Rent: Not Refundable
- Security Deposit: Up to 100% Refundable
- Pet Deposit: 100% Refundable
- Pet Fee: 100% Refundable
- Pet Rent: 100% Refundable
- One Time Cleaning fee: 100% Refundable
- Service Fee: Not Refundable
Moderate Cancellation Policy:
After a booking has been confirmed the tenant(s) can cancel the booking up to 30 nights before their move in date. If the tenant(s) cancel their booking they may get a partial refund depending on the situation, and will be subject to the following terms:
- 1st Months’ Rent: Up to 50% Refundable
- Security Deposit: Up to 100% Refundable
- Pet Deposit: 100% Refundable
- Pet Fee: 100% Refundable
- Pet Rent: 100% Refundable
- One Time Cleaning fee: 100% Refundable
- Service Fee: Not Refundable
