The house features split levels with the kitchen and main living room on the mid-level, the game room downstairs, and all bedrooms on the upper levels. Please note that this multi-level house requires the use of several staircases to access the bedrooms.

Guests will be issued parking placards, which must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles.
Renters and their guests are required to park only in designated parking areas.
Failure to park in designated areas or display the parking placards may result in a citation and a fine of $500.
