Owens Park The Art Barn The ground-level unit layout includes a two-bedroom, two-bathroom fully furnished apartment with a private entrance made to welcome guests. The unit is curated and staged to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. Each room has fresh bed & bath linens. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom also houses the laundry closet with a washer and dryer inside. The backyard offers patio seating as well as a charcoal grill. Parking is available on the driveway, the garage is not accessible to guests. We set out a variety of snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are considered. **There is a shed located on the grounds of this property, occupied by a long-term tenant who has a separate entry and does not have access to the main house. Please be assured that your privacy and security are our top priorities. The long-term tenant is respectful of our guests' space, and their living quarters are entirely independent of the accommodations set aside for our visitors.
