Ideally suited for home sellers caught between properties or homeowners displaced by insurance claims. This property is for short-term rental (in daily increments for as many nights as needed). The main floor master suite features a large private bathroom fitted with a double sink, a tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs; one with two twin beds and the other with a queen-size bed. Also, upstairs is a shared guest bathroom and laundry area. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, Smart TVs, WiFi, and fresh bed, and bath linens. You are welcome to make use of the propane grill! The kitchen is fully equipped with newly updated stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. We set out a welcome tray with snacks and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply. Please be aware the property has a steep walkway, as displayed in the gallery images. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your SUPERHOG verification link which will ask for your ID and identity information. ***For additional chargeback and scam protection we require a picture of the card used for payment matching the name on the reservation. This must be completed prior to check-in as it is a requirement of booking. A 10% discount is applied on stays beyond 30 nights, and a 5% discount on stays beyond a week. In the spirit of doing so, we not only welcome you, we expect your will to comply with our house rules and acknowledge receipt that these rules have been understood. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The fireplace at the property is solely decorative, non-functioning, and is prohibited from being used. The propane grill at the property is available for use during your stay. Please utilize the cleaning brush within the grill, additional grill tools are located in the kitchen. Be mindful of checking for flammable debris. Ensure the knob is left in the off position. Do not leave children unattended while making use of the grill. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest.
