The open floor plan seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it ideal for gatherings. Breathtaking Views: Enjoy stunning mountain views from every window, and take in the beauty of the Rockies from the large deck and outdoor seating area. Cozy Bedrooms: Our five inviting bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other four bedrooms offer a mix of queen and twin beds to accommodate all your guests. Modern Amenities: Stay comfortable with our well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cooking essentials you need. The living room features a large flat-screen TV with streaming services and a cozy fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings. Fun for All: Explore the outdoors with our selection of games, books, and puzzles, or head out for some hiking, fishing, or wildlife spotting right in the surrounding area. Convenient Location: Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from downtown Woodland Park, where you’ll find local shops, restaurants, and charming cafes. Plus, you’re only 20 minutes from the vibrant city of Colorado Springs! Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. If you are bringing a pet, please know there will be a pet fee of $10 per pet. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App. Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. ***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500*** For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
