Welcome to our apartment, ideally located between the historic Schloss Schönbrunn and the bustling Westbahnhof railway station. The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, bath, toilet, kitchen and balcony. It's optimal for 3-4 People (3 in bedroom, 1 on the couch). The Apartment is located in the 2nd floor with elevator of a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900. The Apartment is 55 m² and is optimal for 3-4 persons (beds for 3 people and the sofa). The living room includes a sofa, TV and a dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped (includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator/freezer). In the bathroom there is a bath, a sink and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Directly at the apartment (doorway is between) is a west-side balcony which belongs to this apartment and is used exclusively by this apartment. WIFI is available. *Cleaning Policy: The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price. *Extra Services: In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All guests will get access to the link via message. Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment. *Longer stays We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us ! A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
