Near Stanley Lake ..10 minutes away..beautiful sunsets..great bike paths..I have a couple of sitting areas in back, plus table with 4 chairs and umbrella. I also have a 2 sitter swing. There is a little table and 2 chairs out in front to sit and have morning coffee or afternoon whatever. Once in a while my neighbor across the street has his group over and they play blue grass type music in the open garage. Once in a while one street above mine there is music like Santana. It can be very peaceful and quiet or a bit of 🎶🎵 being made. Usually though, quieter in evenings. Stanley Lake 10 minutes away with great bike path. Many stores and restaurants 5-7 minutes away. Water-world 20 minutes. Hills 30 minutes. Have 2 senior rescues.
