☀ SEPTIC. NO double/triple-ply toilet paper, tampons, bleach, cigarettes, etc. flushed down toilets. ALL grease and food waste must be put into the trash (there is no garbage disposal).
☀ Please rinse and place all kitchenware in the dishwasher before departure.
☀ Public beach access is several houses down the street
☀ Please report any damages that occur during the stay
☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
☀Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
