Please don't allow pets on the furniture - There is two outdoor security cameras at the front of the house & in the back yard for self check-in confirmation. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM - We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed. - Must be 21 years old to book. Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from these occurrences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weather condition. Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter strange creatures around, such insects, ants, etc. We're required to inform you about the possibility. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us on Airbnb for quick action. Lastly, while our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof.
