More Details
Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners, luggage rack, and hotel quality linens. The master bedroom features a chandelier that beautifully lights its queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a separate full-sized trundle that slides from underneath. Please note, that the trundle has a traditional mattress, not a flimsy cot-like pad. The wall-mounted electric fireplace in this bedroom provides great mood lighting as well as optional warmth. Each bedroom also has incredibly generous closet space (practically wall-to wall). The unit also has a small outdoor seating area for morning coffee. While medicinal marijuana is legal in California, we ask that you not smoke marijuana on property. The washer and dryer are on the ground floor of the building. They require quarters to operate and, again, the laundry room is in the building—not the apartment itself. Also, although it doesn’t come with a dedicated parking spot on site, the entire neighborhood is permit-only after 7 pm which makes finding parking very easy.
