Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners, luggage rack, and hotel quality linens. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a separate full-sized trundle that slides from underneath. Please note, that the trundle has a traditional mattress, not a flimsy cot-like pad. Each bedroom also has incredibly generous closet space (practically wall-to wall). The unit also has a small outdoor seating area for morning coffee. The washer and dryer require quarters to operate and, again, the laundry room is shared by the building—not in the apartment itself. Best of all, the apartment comes with a free, dedicated parking spot on site for a regular sized vehicle. Please make sure you park only in your own assigned space. Please note that this is a second floor apartment, which might not be great for anyone with bad knees. The washer and dryer are require quarters to operate and are shared by building. Also, please, remember that the apartment is in a building typical of 1970's LA and the plumbing and electricity must be treated gently due to its age and California's current drought laws that require that only low-flow plumbing be installed.
