The apartment is located right off of Santa Monica Blvd. There are tons of really great restaurants and nightlife within steps from your front door. Connie & Ted's is a delicious seafood restaurant with an exciting atmosphere right on Havenhurst Drive and Santa Monica Blvd. Laurel Hardware is also walking distance and is one of my favorite bars also on Santa Monica Blvd. The infamous Chateau Marmont on Sunset Blvd. is also a beautiful spot too. Whole Foods is located right on the corner of Fairfax and Santa Monica Blvd. Earth Bar is down the street on Santa Monica Blvd. and they have tons of yummy healthy foods; great smoothies, snacks, etc. Within a 1 mile radius and walking distance: Whole Foods The Grove Chateau Marmont Coffee Commissary Connie n Teds Earth Bar Laundry is shared by building and is on property, not in unit. Guests don’t have access to mailbox. Parking is for one regular sized vehicle only.
