The resort offers an 18+ clubhouse with two heated outdoor pools, an indoor pool, an oversized jacuzzi, a fitness center, a cozy great room with fireplaces, a library, and multiple game areas. Outside, enjoy a fireplace, putting green, bocce, shuffleboard, cornhole, and The Sandbar cocktail lounge. Families can enjoy the large front pool area, which includes grills, loungers, a kiddie pool, restrooms with showers, and a fire pit for star-filled evenings with s'mores.
Inside, the cottage is bright and airy, featuring central AC and heat, recessed lighting, cathedral and tray ceilings, and tasteful coastal décor. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and everything from a crock pot to a lobster pot. Meals and game nights can be enjoyed at the island or at the table for six. The sunny living room offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with Roku, a sound bar, a Blu-ray player, and a DVD collection, while the sofa includes a new queen pullout for extra sleeping space.
The primary bedroom provides a relaxing retreat with a queen bed, quality bedding, Roku TV, dresser, large closet, and private half bath. The guest room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with storage drawers, dresser, Roku TV, closet, and a stackable washer/dryer. A full bath features a tub/shower combo, granite vanity, plush towels, hair dryer, and a first aid kit. Outside, a private patio with a table, umbrella, Adirondack chairs, and a new 4-burner gas grill provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining.
Seaglass Village is just a mile from Moody and Ogunquit Beaches, right off Route One, and minutes from Wells' restaurants, grocery stores, and the famous Wells Reserve. Guests can take a trolley ride into Ogunquit, explore Kennebunkport, or hike the Marginal Way. Families will enjoy the nearby Wonder Mountain Fun Park, featuring mini golf, go-karts, and an arcade.
Important Notice – Pool & Hot Tub Renovation: Please be advised that the donut-shaped pool and the hot tub, both located on the clubhouse pool deck, will be undergoing renovations beginning in March. This project is expected to be completed around June. As a result, these amenities will not be operational at the start of the season.
