Luxury Wellington Home with a Beautiful Pool

Welcome to Wellington, Florida. Step inside this tastefully decorated, split floorplan home and unwind. Just 30 minutes to the beach and nestled in an A-rated neighborhood, you'll be close to restaurants, shops and equestrian centers. From office space to a private heated pool to a full kitchen- ready for your next home cooked meal, this home has it all. We cannot wait to host you. As you step inside this spacious home, you are greeted with a beautifully decorated family room which is the center focus of the home. Off to the left you will find two bedrooms- One equipped with a king bed and one with two single beds. In the king bedroom you will find a lovely office type set-up, perfect for hosting your zoom calls or answering work emails. Back towards the family room and through the sunny Florida room you will find the perfect outdoor space for hosting your next poolside bbq. Stepping back inside the home you will walk through our dining room which connects to the full sized kitchen, equipped with all of your cooking essentials. Continue through to the master bedroom which features a large walk-in closet (with built- in safe) and ensuite where you can soak the long day away in our large bathtub. This home also features a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and garage access to park your vehicle. No doubt you will feel right at home. Wellington is known for its equestrian community and hosting equestrian events, notably show jumping, hunting, dressage and polo. Wellington has a large renovated public library and hosts seasonal events such as the annual Top Gun model aircraft show, the Barett-Jackson Auto auction, art and antique shows and holiday parades. The nearby Coral Sky Amphitheatre regularly hosts musical and film events in their outdoor venue. The Wellington Amphitheater hosts events like free movie night, musical and comedy performances, the Food Truck Invasion and many more. Wellington has two regional malls: The Mall at Wellington Green, and the Old Wellington Mall along with many other nationally known retailers located in outdoor shopping venues along the major commercial highways. There are a number of entertainment and cultural venues such as the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Norton Museum of Art in nearby West Palm Beach. While the home is close to plenty of shops and restaurants, we recommend having a car or utilizing apps such as Uber or Lyft to get around. POOL & SWIMMING The pool heating temperature is set to 87 degrees from December till March. All other months the heating of the pool will be turned off. If you want to set the temperature higher (to 95 degrees) or if you need a heated pool from April to November there will be an additional fee in the amount of $50 per day. There is no lifeguard on duty. The house, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, sea wall, lake, or dock accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in the canal as dangerous wildlife may be present. PETS If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen or if our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $500 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home. If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keeping the property clean of any hair, urine, and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be in a crate if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement. PARTIES & EVENTS At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever. The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment. While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying. By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. SMOKING & DRUGS No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time. SAME DAY RESERVATIONS We require all reservations with the same day check-in to be made no later than 7 pm and at least 4 hours before the check-in time. REQUEST FOR ACCESS For extended stays, occasional access may be requested with advance notice. FINAL THOUGHTS Please understand that these are not FPB rules, but the Owner, Community, Town and County strictly enforce these as will FPB. These rules are intended to ensure the harmonious existence between visitors and full-time residents. Violations will result in towing, ticketing and/or fines without warning during or after the stay. Some homes have outdoor cameras to monitor guest violations in an effort to protect the homeowner's rights to continue to rent. Any tampering of these devices will result in guest fines.
