This dog-friendly one-level home is perfect for your next St George visit! Great location in Washington next to hiking and biking trails. Minutes from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon. This private home has a lovely spacious open concept floor plan. The living room has comfy furniture with built-in recliners to relax and enjoy. There is a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace. The dining table is large and can seat up to 6 on soft cushions. The kitchen has two cabinet finishes which give a modern look to this darling kitchen. There are sleek stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Granite countertops and the cupboards are loaded with all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. Just out the sliding glass door is a covered porch to enjoy the lovely landscape, grass, and blue skies. There is a charcoal grill for cooking options.

You have three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed and TV. There is a twin daybed and a pull-out twin trundle as well. Also provided is a darling pack n play. There is a sliding glass door that you can use to access the back patio. The master bath has double sinks and a step-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a rod iron day twin daybed with twin trundle. The bunk bedroom has a twin over full bunk that kids of all ages will love. Additionally, there is another full bath and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!
