The backyard is shared with the other unit so please be respectful to our neighbors, but otherwise please enjoy! I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourselves in upon arrival with your own key code which works on both the front and rear door lock. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, this loft is a short walk from some of the capital's most iconic nightlife, outdoor patios, and top-notch brunch spots. The nearby Shaw metro will also make getting to the National Mall, monuments, and museums very easy. The Shaw metro station is a 10 minute walk. In general, the neighborhood is very walkable and Uber’s and Lyft’s are also plentiful and a great travel option. Parking: There is free 2 hour parking in front of the home during the daytime, and at night parking is free from 6:30PM until 9AM the next morning. Weekend guests can park for free on the street from 6:30PM on Friday until 9AM on Monday. For dedicated parking spots with guaranteed availability, we recommend a parking app like SpotHero (also available on the web). It helps you find close parking spaces at discounted prices in garages or surface lots.
