Coral Ridge Oasis is a beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home located in Coral Ridge. It is fully stocked with all the necessities and conveniently located off Highway 9, Exit 16. It is also a short scenic drive from Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. A secure, secluded location but still centrally located to all of Southern Utah's hot spots. The perfect place for a fun getaway with family or friends! This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances (including a coffee maker and blender). The needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items are all provided to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable, high-quality luxury furniture and linens. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs. The pools ( one heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room. In the garage, you will find fishing poles for you to use at the community fishing pond. We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, games and puzzles, and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob left in the property. Please return items there upon departure. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation. Business License Number: 21-009
