Welcome to Red Cliffs Suite! This home features a comfortable living room, two master bedrooms, and a large patio with BBQ grill with plenty of seating. Keep the kids entertained with the designated play room, the heated pool, or the stocked fishing pond. (GARAGE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE), There is a long driveway and additional parking throughout the community. Red Cliff Suite is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, located in the quiet Coral Ridge neighborhood and easily accessible from I-15. St George is only 5 minutes away and only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park. Guests at Coral Ridge have access to the many amenities available including 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, a game room, a fitness center, and more! There are extra parking stalls and a pavilion across the street near the playground. The perfect place for a Southern Utah getaway with friends or family! High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined.
