It also had an outdoor dining area and BBQ. This home is perfect for the family-friendly Great Escape in Southern Utah. The Great Escape is located in the heart of Southern Utah and is centered between Snow Canyon and Zions National Park. Downtown Saint George is only a 15-minute drive away, and the hub of hundreds of restaurants and shopping options. If the arts are your passion, Cedar City's Famous Shakespeare Festival or Tuacahn Center for the Arts are less than 1 hour away. Your stay includes access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which has outdoor pools/spas (heated year-round), a fitness room, and a game room with ping pong. The complex offers a children’s playground, putting green, and walking access to a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City. NO PARKING ON THE STREET at any time. Short-term overflow parking is allowable in the designated parking areas. Commercial vehicles and vehicles one ton or more are prohibited on the streets and yards of Coral Ridge.
