Zion's Gate II is a beautiful 5 bedroom 3.5 bath, fully stocked property and is conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16. It is a short scenic drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. It is easily accessible and right in the middle of colorful Southern Utah. The neighboring home is identical and can also be rented for an extra-large group – see Zions Gate I. The perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway with friends or family! In this home, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, small appliances including a coffee maker and blender, as well as, all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There are only four bedrooms, but there is a bean bag sleeper in the T room that folds out into a queen-size bed. The home has a small backyard equipped with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 12. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The complex has two beautiful pools (heated all year round) and hot tubs that are a 5-minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that has games, foosball, and a gym! It can be rented to groups. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart TVs are available on all TVs. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room. We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, pool floaters, indoor toddler toys, outdoor badminton set, portable folding table, and chairs, games and puzzles, Netflix, and tv. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a soft-sided cooler and ice packs, toddler booster seat, wine glasses, coffee machine and filters, crockpot, electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils. Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. The property has a 2 car garage and 2 car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.
