Vacation Station is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in Southern Utah featuring a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located near some of Utah’s most breathtaking attractions, including Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon State Park, and more. Enjoy endless outdoor adventures like boating, fishing, ATV riding, hiking, swimming, golfing, and exploring the beautiful desert scenery. Vacation Station offers four bedrooms (one bonus room), and can comfortably sleep fifteen people. In addition, this house offers plenty of other areas to gather and socialize. The family room has an 80-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils needed to prepare large meals. Amenities include two community pools (only 1 heated year-round) with hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, and a playground. There is also a stocked fishing pond at the Razor Ridge Park at the entrance of Coral Ridge. On the patio, there is a private hot tub and outdoor dining area with a gas barbeque. There are two balconies--the large one off the back has a great view of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber is provided. Smart TVs are available on all TVs. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am to 10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the laundry room or master closet. If you use the patio umbrella, please keep the wind in mind and lower it when you are not there. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils. Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge.
