The building is located in a quiet wooded area. This property is an all seasons recreational paradise situated in the middle of the Mad River Valley that offers year round outdoor recreation. If you want to ski in Lincoln peak the condo is located at 5-10 minutes drive or you can use the slide brook express chairlift that is usually available during weekends in the ski season. For avid skiers there is also a tuning room on site. In the summer you can enjoy an arboreal- sheltered tennis court and a swimming pool. Inside the condo you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a fully equipped kitchen.
