Welcome to our beautifully curated art experience loft in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. This unique space showcases art from renowned artists around the world, offering a picturesque and unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Situated in a converted warehouse, this live/work building caters to artists and creatives. Just blocks away from Little Tokyo, and surrounded by galleries, restaurants, and bars, you’ll have plenty to explore. Luxury boutiques and top-notch dining options are also just steps away. Upon entering, you’ll be transported to another dimension with our custom-made floor-to-ceiling infinity mirror and a mesmerizing floor-to-ceiling mural by the talented MRBBABY. Each area of this loft has been meticulously designed and crafted exclusively for the space. The three uniquely themed bedrooms - the disco ball room, the magical enchanted forest, and the 70’s ultra retro violet room - offer comfort with brand new memory foam mattresses and luxurious bedding. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful slumber or backdrop for amazing photos our rooms cater to both. The loft features two distinct areas. The living room boasts a 70-inch smart TV, a plush velvet L-shaped couch, and leopard-print carpet, creating an ultra-stylish space to indulge in your favorite shows. The other loft area serves as a cozy retreat, furnished with furry carpets and pillows for ultimate relaxation. Light-sensitive wallpaper by Italian artists Carvonsky adds a touch of whimsy, transforming the space as lighting conditions change. Downstairs, enjoy a game of pool amidst a vibrant 30-foot mural by artist and DJ Demonslayer, while streaming your favorite movies or music videos on our projector. Throughout the space, a Philips Hue lighting system allows you to set the perfect ambiance for your stay. We provide complimentary earbuds for light sleepers, ensuring your comfort during your visit. We kindly ask that you respect the space and adhere to our house rules. To maintain the integrity of our carefully curated experience, we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and all guests must be approved at the time of booking. We take this policy seriously, as we’ve had guests attempt to sneak unauthorized individuals into the space. For added security, we have a Ring doorbell installed to ensure the safety of all guests. Please note that any damage or defacement to the murals, art, or items within the space will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of repair or replacement. Please be aware that this apartment is not suitable for children or the elderly. We have designed this space to be a destination that will leave a lasting impression on your memory. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Welcome to an extraordinary experience at our art-filled loft in the heart of Los Angeles. The loft is situated between two music producers who utilize their space as an office. Please note that due to their activities, there may be occasional noise. If you prefer a completely quiet stay, this may not be the ideal choice. However, we do provide earbuds for all guests to ensure your comfort in case of any noise disturbances. We kindly request that you use makeup remover wipes or a suitable alternative for makeup removal while staying at our loft. This precaution is necessary as it can be challenging to completely remove makeup stains from our towels and linens. To cover the cost of any stained items, we have implemented a fee policy: $10 per stained towel and $40 per stained linen. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our linens and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
