Charming, bright, comfy-cozy, craftsman-style house in safe, quiet upscale neighborhood in Venice Beach sleeps five. Highly desirable area of single-family homes is near to schools and parks, east of Lincoln Boulevard and walking distance to Abbot Kinney (recently voted the hippest street in America). Venice Beach and the Boardwalk are just a short drive away. The house is just a few minutes drive from Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, and West Los Angeles. Around the corner is Costco and other convenient shopping and many great restaurants. House has easy street parking or one off street parking space through security gate on east side of house. We welcome one or two quiet, clean, well behaved dogs who will love the spacious, open backyard. This spectacular yard is secluded, lush, and unlike any in the neighborhood. Beautiful designer kitchen features upscale appliances and a kitchen island. Formal dining area features comfy chairs, a large table, and newly refurbished hardwood floors. Living room feature comfy couches and a flat screen television with cable service. Just outside the living room, French doors open up onto a sitting deck overlooking the yard. Outside dining area for six is a Spanish style, shaded porch with a beautifully tiled, working fountain. Master bedroom has new carpets, a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with uniquely designed tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a desk area and flat screen television and a queen bed. Third bedroom has new carpets, a spacious closet and storage space. On east side of house is a second outdoor dining area, which may be cleared if you prefer to park your car off-street.
