Upon entering the home, you’ll find two cozy guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry area on the entry level. The first guest bedroom is set with a king while the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed. As you ascend to the main floor, you’ll be greeted by an expansive living room, dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen.
The living room is a beautiful gathering place featuring an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace and two comfy sofas and a large leather chair and ottoman combination that's perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. From the living room you can step out onto the back deck and breathe in the spectacular views. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen which has lots of room and is pleasantly updated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you will need to fuel up for the day. The dining area is just off the kitchen and there is seating for six with additional seating for three at the bar.
The upper level is dedicated to the primary suite, which features a comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom complete with a shower-tub combo.
There are also built-in coat racks and ski racks for all of your winter gear. The condo comes with two outdoor parking spaces; 1 covered space in carport and 1 other assigned spot not covered. Just five minutes from the lifts at the base of Lionshead and 1.9 miles from Cascade (Talisa Hotel) Village lift #20. This gorgeous home truly has it all making it the perfect intermountain getaway!
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.
