They are only there in place due to me working out of state & a means of monitoring up keep for maintenance, yard work, etc. Smoking allowed outside only. Can rent separately or with roommates. Formal dining table can seat up to 7 people Den area has a comfortable sectional that can seat several people for a cozy evening with family for movie night or family time. Game room (back of den area) is equipped with a pool table along with workout equipment (treadmill, elliptical, and squat rack with weights and bench, ropes, and weight hula hoop). Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, double oven, and stove. Eat-in has table to seat 4 people. Backyard has tree swing for kids, patio with seating and table, charcoal grill, plenty of room for backyard games, and a huge garden that you are welcome to plant in if you are a long term stay and gardener. Bedroom #1 has a twin size daybed, desk for study, and closet. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed, desk for study, and closet. Main Bathroom has a stand up shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, desk for study and printer, 2 closets, dresser, and private bathroom with tub, sink, and toilet. Laundry is equipped with front loader washer and dryer, a hanging rack for close, and a first aid kit. Laundry soap is provided. No parties or events allowed.
