Poconos Chalet newly renovated, great location

Welcome to our Poconos retreat, conveniently situated in a private gated community! There are three bedrooms & three bathrooms, one on each floor, plus a pull out sofa on lower level. Each has a queen bed, upper level also has a full bed, and lower level has twin over full bunk bed.  There are two Roku TVs with guest access! Enjoy the freedom of taking your favorite shows and movies with you. Our Roku TVs offer a convenient way to keep all of your entertainment needs close by, no matter where you're going.

You’ll love having a freshly renovated space where you can hang out on the multiple shaded decks, relax in from of the fireplace, play air hockey, darts or billiards (new in 2024). Then take a walk by the lake, or check out some of the many amenities in the community like the pools, lakes, tennis courts, mini-golf, paddle boats, basketball courts, kayaks & canoes, paddle boats, swimming beach, outdoor ping pong and corn hole, playgrounds, boat docks, and ball fields.

Primary renter needs to be 25 years of age or older.

This home is located in a gated community; you will need to provide me with each guest's name, indicate if under 21, and drivers at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Bookings or responses after the 72 hour grace period will result in a $75 late fee. To enter the development, you will need to stop into the welcome center with your drivers license and vehicle registration to get a pass for your stay.

Our Community Association (PCP) offers different recreational activities (pool, lake, kayaks, paddle-boats, playgrounds) opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. These are not included in our listing but can be accessed for an additional fee (2024 prices are $12 per person/per day).

Pet Policy - NO PETS ALLOWED: For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the most sanitary accommodations available, all pets are not permitted. In the event you bring a pet, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of US$500 per pet. The guests will also be charged for any stains or damage caused by pets.

Please, no smoking in the house. A $300 smoking fee will be charged.
