Pls keep in mind that we do have neighbors, so this house will be ideal for a quite and peaceful getaway. No loud gatherings allowed. Thank you. • For 1st and 2nd car: The house has two spots to use that our part of the property: the driveway for the house and directly across the street is another driveway (river side). • If you need to park a 3rd or 4th vehicle please: park in front of the house (2x cars fit there, one will block the house driveway). • DO NOT PARK: In front of 52 River Dr (the blue house) as they really like the view of the river not to be interrupted. Located in an extremely friendly neighborhood right on the Delaware river. Wonderful for sunset walks and just a short (10 min) drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville / New Hope. Events are not allowed at this location.
