Rent is based on all 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen. The main bedroom has a full. And the second bedroom is currently set up as a separate office space with a desk. We provide smart lock access to the house as well as accommodations for use of the small garage. The back patio has a comfortable atmosphere with some chairs, an umbrella, and a propane grill.
