This estate radiates warmth and charm, featuring an open living space with beamed wooden ceilings and beautiful tall windows that flood the home with sunlight. Panoramic views encapsulate the welcoming courtyard with provided amenities such as a spa, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and lounge chairs to take in the picturesque landscape. Features include two kitchens, a home office, and a screening room. AvantStay guests receive discounted rates at wineries such as Lorimar Winery, Falkner Winery, Avensole Winery, and Wiens Family Cellars. Nearby Activites: Bluewater Grill (Seafood), The Goat and The Vine (Craft Beer and Pizza), Public House Gastropub (Bar and Restaurant), Paint and Sip Studio Temecula (Paint, wine and socializing), Pechanga Casino, Lake Elsinore (Hiking Trails/Picnic Spot), California Dreamin' (Hot Air Balloon Rides). Parking Details: 8 to 10 cars can fit in areas adjacent to the house. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols while stockpiling reserves for all supplies in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions and our team of professionals is working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties.
