Other things to note Guest Screening & Damage Protection • We partner with a third-party company called Enzo for screening and Reservation Confirmation. • You’ll need to: ○ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a Government ID Building and Condo Security Measures • Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. • Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDITIONAL FEE'S: Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet) Our pet fee structure is as follows: • Short stays: $25 per pet, per night • 8–28 nights: Flat $200 fee per pet • 29+ nights: Flat $300 fee per pet Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners) • $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval. • $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.
