Other things to note Guest Screening & Damage Protection • We partner with a third-party company called Enzo for screening and Reservation Confirmation. • You’ll need to: ○ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a Government ID Building and Condo Security Measures • Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. • Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDITIONAL FEE'S: Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet) Our pet fee structure is as follows: • Short stays: $25 per pet, per night • 8–28 nights: Flat $200 fee per pet • 29+ nights: Flat $300 fee per pet Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners) • $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval. • $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AMENITY DISCLAIMER: • Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. • Maintenance does not warrant a refund. The locks for the building work through a smart phone application. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION • We are located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood! You will be in the heart of the party. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt.
