The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, cookware for home-cooked meals, a private washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Keyless entry makes check-in simple, and a marble dining table doubles as a great workspace or dining area. During your stay, you’ll also have access to the building’s swimming pool, available for guests to enjoy at their convenience. Parking: Free parking is provided in a separate parking garage about one block away from the building. Our studio places you right in the center of Ybor City, surrounded by the neighborhood’s vibrant nightlife, historic character, and some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. You’ll be just steps away from popular dining spots, entertainment venues, and local attractions—perfect for guests who want to experience the energy of Ybor. Getting around is easy with Tampa’s free trolley located just outside. In minutes, you can reach downtown Tampa, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Raymond James Stadium. You can also explore Ybor on foot and enjoy its famous restaurants, cafés, and historic streets. Because of our central location, the neighborhood can be lively. During the day it’s generally quiet, but from Thursday through Sunday you may hear music from nearby bars late into the night, sometimes until around 2AM. The sound is usually light, though occasional vibrations may be noticeable. This is part of Ybor’s unique nightlife atmosphere and something to keep in mind when booking. The neighborhood is highly walkable, making it easy to explore Ybor City’s restaurants, cigar lounges, bars, and museums just steps from the building. You can also hop on the historic trolley nearby for a quick ride straight to Downtown Tampa. If you prefer rideshare, both Uber and Lyft are readily available and very convenient in the area. Your stay also includes one complimentary parking space in a detached parking garage. Many visitors pay up to $40 per night for parking in this area, so having a free reserved spot makes getting around even easier. Guest Screening & Damage Protection • We partner with a third-party company called Enzo for screening and Reservation Confirmation. • You’ll need to: ○ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a Government ID Building and Condo Security Measures • Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. • Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDITIONAL FEE'S: Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet) Our pet fee structure is as follows: • Short stays: $25 per pet, per night • 8–28 nights: Flat $200 fee per pet • 29+ nights: Flat $300 fee per pet NOTE : The pet fee will be charged separately once the booking is confirmed. You will be in the heart of the party. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt.
