Quiet neighborhood of single family homes on hill right above base of Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw Valley Ski Resort.) Originally built for the 1960's Olympics, streets are quiet and homes are occupied by dedicated skiers and Tahoe residents. Walking distance to base of Palisades at Tahoe resort, so moving your car is not necessary after you arrive. Starting December 10 the free Mountaineer shuttle can be ordered right to your doorstep
