Hope you're ready to relax in this comfy modern townhome. Put your feet up, or get prepared for some games. Here's what to expect: Entrance to the unit is through the backyard patio. Once inside you an access the garage for parking, or turn up the A/C and relax. We have all your kitchen and bathroom amenities on hand. You may access the pool and BBQs on the east side gate, which is near the dumpster, and the code is C0198. Please put the garbage in the bin in the garage. If there is excess garbage, please take it to the large bin inside large black gate on the premises. The bin uses a gravity lock, to open- lift small lever on the side of the device all the way up, and the bar will fall froward allowing you to lift the lid. If you need anything when staying please don't hesitate to ask. We look forward to hosting you soon!
