This economy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse is a great choice for your family vacation. The ground level has a full kitchen and dining room, a half bathroom, and a bright living room overlooking Passive Park (information on park is listed below). The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a small private balcony overlooking the park which has a workout trail. In addition to the park, the Horry County Memorial Library, a playground and tennis courts are located next door.

Passive Park peaceful area is located on the corner of Surfside Drive and Willow Drive next door to the library. Amongst the parks beautiful live oaks, you'll find picnic tables, a gazebo, and Veterans Memorial fountain. There are also lighted sidewalks for walking and 6 multi-use exercise stations. The park is home to the Farmer's Market on Tuesdays in-season.
