Rock the day away on the oceanfront deck while taking in stunning sunrises, sunsets, and inlet views, or explore the dunes and inlet from the street-side deck. Inside, the open floor plan allows ocean views from every room and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable sitting space with a queen sleeper sofa.

The home is tastefully decorated with beach-inspired décor and includes three flat-screen TVs, expanded cable, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans for added comfort. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings by the sea.

Pet Friendly: Two small-medium sized dogs are welcome with payment of a pet fee.

Additional amenities include under-house parking, a private enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a charcoal grill, and a private walkway to the beach. This exceptional location allows you to truly do it all—fishing, shelling, walking to the point, and even visiting the iconic Holden Beach mailbox.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and bath mats are provided. Towels are not included but may be rented through Property Manager.

Exterior lift is not available for guest use.
