The open main living area features ample seating and expansive oceanfront windows, while an extra-large upstairs sitting area with TV provides additional space for kids or group lounging.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is ideal for cooking for a crowd and includes dual appliances, extra cookware and serving pieces, a Keurig coffee maker, and an Insta Pot Duo Crisper. A large dining table with additional nearby seating makes family meals easy and enjoyable.
This home offers an elevator for convenient access between floors and includes two handicap-accessible bathrooms, making it well suited for multi-generational families. Smart TVs are located in the main living areas and select bedrooms. Family-friendly extras include a pack n’ play, high chair, and safety gates.
Outdoor amenities include oceanfront decks with rocking chairs, a large oceanside deck perfect for gathering, and a private pool with surrounding deck space and lounge seating. Pool heater available with surcharge (see details below).
