Our beautiful, charming, newly decorated 2 bedroom apt has everything you need for a cozy vacation close to the beautiful sunny isles beach. We provide a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful neutral Asian accents and comfortable queen size beds. You'll enjoy this beautiful building with quiet neighbors and our large balcony seating area to relax and watch the sunsets. STR-00556 **Please note that due to Covid-19 precautions, all guests and visitors entering all common areas such as main lobby , pool area and elevators are required to wear a face mask in compliance with condo management.** The Space: You will love this beautifully furnished modern apartment. With distant views from balcony to the beautiful intercostal waterway . Kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you will need for a comfortable home away from home. Our place is Minutes from beach, parks, cafes and shopping. Beautiful beach offers lots of oceanfront dining, parks and much more. We can offer kid/baby items such as crib, toys, and high chair at no extra cost. The building has a nicely equipped gym. Please note that some aspects of apt are not child proof. (such as glass top table and high balcony) We can absolutely accommodate children, however and provide crib, toys, high chair at no charge. Guest Access: Guests must use valet to park. Charges apply at 3$ for first use. After check in at reception - they will call me to authorize parking in my space. Valet parks all cars every time . If you wish to tip , you may. But it is optional . We provide beach chairs, towels and umbrella for use by the pool or at the beach. Early checkin and late check out policy Early check in fee- *20$ per hour before 4 Late check out - *20$ per hour past 11. *if available ( units that have guests leaving or checking in may not be available- please contact host to arrange any time changes) Early check in on any requested date is completely contingent on wheather or not the place is booked the night before. In that case the property would need to be cleaned and turnover takes a few hours. We can tell the cleaning crew to prioritize the property- and to contact me the minute its finished. Interaction with Guests: Communication is very important. I like to give my guests freedom, so i offer self check in with a smart-lock access . All guests are issued a new access code to the front door of the apt upon booking. ( usually within a couple of days of their arrival) The building has a reception area and a front desk and you must check in with them on arrival to access the free parking. The elevator is large and is located in the lobby. The building has s luggage rack if needed. I always followup the next day and im available anytime via text. I live locally so anything needed can definitely be accommodated. I will be available to you via text or call. Id presentation is required after booking. We require a list of all guests and a copy of each guest id ( over 18). Can be emailed to us directly - or given to building reception upon check in. ( they will make a copy) Please be sure you are comfortable with this before booking. The Neighborhood: This is a formal style building with lots of great amenities! It is with 5 minutes walking to the beach, parks and shopping. Sunny isles beach is one of the most popular beaches in miami with several modern parks, great restaurants on the water, cafes, bakeries and cant be beat beaches. Beach access available throughout the street. Just look for public beach access signs located throughout the street. Building features a roof top pool, jacuzzi hot tub, sun loungers , great views and a nicely equipped gym. Getting Around: Public transit available for all parts of Miami.
