Property Summary
2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in the remarkable Sugar Top high rise building. Fantastic ski slope views and facility features an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, and fitness room. Owner has added an air purification system in this property, as previous neighbors in a nearby unit were smokers. This was the situation mentioned in older reviews and is no longer an issue. No pets.
Your 8th floor condo will provide unforgettable views whether you're overlooking the ski slopes in winter or miles and miles of foliage during the rest of the year. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the condo has flatscreen tvs. The homeowner has thoughtfully provided a freestanding air conditioner unit for your comfort. (only available in summer months)
Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater, due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .
