1940’s cottage style home, 1700 sq ft 2bd/2bth with sparking pool, gorgous garden and pool, walking distance to all the best restaurants, shops, cafes and bars plus golf, tennis, public transportation, parks hiking, and Sunday farmers market! House boasts two living areas with their own fireplaces, dining for 6, eat-in gourmet kitchen and two bedrooms (master with ensuite bath with spa tub, walk-in closet and king bed, second bedroom has full bed, large closet and close to full guest bath). Family room has a 55” flatscreen with Apple TV and opens up to patio with BBQ leading onto gorgeous garden and pool. Close to Universal Studios, plus Warner Bros, Disney Studios and CBS Radford. Please note that there is a separate and private guesthouse on the property that I may, or may not be occupying if I’m town. The guesthouse has a separate entrance so you’d be hard pressed to know I’m there.
