Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the deck and common yard space immediately around the house. (Note: there is a separate ADU / guest house to the rear of the main house that is rented to a small family. The tenants also have access to common yard space areas, and are cordial. This unit has its own driveway). DISCLAIMER: Please note that due to the wooded location/environment, occasional sightings of small animals or insects (wasps, spiders, lizards/geicos, mosquitoes, ants, etc) in and around the home is possible, even with regular pest control. Insect repellent is available under the kitchen sink. We do not offer refunds for these situations which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
