Guests have access to the entire main home, including the deck and designated yard space surrounding the property. The home is situated on a shared lot that also includes a separate ADU (guest house) located at the rear. That unit is occupied independently. Outdoor areas may be shared; however, each unit maintains separate entrances and dedicated driveway parking for privacy. Please be aware that the home is located in a wooded, natural environment. While routine pest control is in place, occasional insects or small wildlife may be present indoors or outdoors. This is common for the area and not indicative of cleanliness issues. Basic supplies are provided for convenience. Refunds are not issued for naturally occurring environmental conditions.
