The Hillsider complex is quaint and quiet with access to laundry facilities, a summer pool, and year-round hot tub.

Upon entering this townhome, you will feel warm and welcomed by the rustic ambiance, giving the feeling as it is your home away from home in the mountains. You will walk right in and find the kitchen and dining area. The spacious kitchen features all of the appliances, pots, pans and utensils you need to create a beautiful meal for your friends and family. Gather everyone around the dining table that has seating for 6.

Around the corner from the kitchen, you will find the main living room and you will immediately notice the ultra-high ceilings that highlight the open space. The natural light is pulled in and carries throughout the entire home. This room features a gas fireplace where you can warm your toes after a day on the mountain.

Head up the stairs and you will find an additional living area with plenty of plush furniture to choose to relax on as you watch movies with your loved ones. One of the couches in this room pulls out to sleep 1.

The primary bedroom is located on the first level, behind the kitchen. This room has a Queen bed, walk-in closet, and it's own bathroom. The Second bedroom is up the stairs and has a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and plenty of storage for your belongings.

All Steamboat properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
