This apartment can sleep up to TWO guests: one king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and linens included. In the kitchen you will find everything needed to prepare and serve a meal. The building is located in the Southwest Gardens Neighborhood right in the heart of the city, making it a perfect location for getting out and about in St. Louis. There is a lock box on the front of the building. Once you have booked you will have access to the house manual that gives you the information on how to access the keys, enter the building and apartment doors. You can check in 24 hours a day. The guest will also have access to the shared backyard/patio and basement laundry area. Laundry is free, soap and dryer sheets are provided. We do not rent to local Saint Louis area residents. This property is popular with traveling medical professionals and grad students. The building is located within minutes of many of the major hospitals and universities.
