FAQ:
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Yes, I lived in this building for 10 years with no problems.
Q: Where is parking and does it cost anything?
A: Parking is on the street in front of the building, it is free and there is plenty for everyone. There are two parking spaces in the rear of the building that are first come first serve. They are shared among the four apartments in the building. These spaces are not guaranteed. If they are not available you must park on the street in front of the building.
Q: How many apartments are in the building?
A: There are four apartments in the building, two on each floor. This apartment is on the second floor. I own the whole building and all apartments are rented for midterm stays (90+ nights) to mostly traveling medical professionals who more often than not travel alone.
