This Sea Dancer complex is a very well maintained property with 8 individual condos that is just ½ a block to public beach access making it easy for a day at the beach without the beachfront price
Sea Dancer is very clean with a centralized pool for the condos there in the courtyard that is perfect for wearing the kiddos out at the end of the beach day
This is ground floor so no stairs & no lugging beach gear up! There are 2 free off street parking spaces included . This space will afford you a small patio, and entered, you will notice the all tile flooring & high ceilings giving it a bright & clean feel.

One bedroom condos of this size are rare, and while this space isn't a brand new remodel, we can say it is very well kept and still quite comfortable. Your kitchen is ready to go with dishes, pots, pans, dishes etc that is open concept & direct off the living room great for your family to hang out for meals & just making popcorn for a movie night.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, with en attached full bathroom with Smart TV for your apps for you to wind down after your kids go to sleep out in the living room on the sleeper sofa that is a full sized bed or the airbed & pump we provide just in case Please do bring bedding and pillows if you plan on using the pull out or airbed - thanks.

The patio surrounds the front door area that is right off the pool so you can keep an eye on your kids while enjoying some shade - please do note the one drawback is it is not incredibly private for a patio. Although the pool is not heated, it is direct sun and has loungers & of a nice depth for floating with a drink or for kids alike.

This condo is on the east or beach side of Padre Blvd which means you will no thave to cross the busy four lane with beach gear and/or kids. We do want to mention this condo is also a great choice for couples that just want a nice, quiet, & clean space for just the two.
This condo features:

*Two free parking spaces dedicated - perfect for your car + a golf cart with hassles.
*Cold A/C as expected
*Rather fast Wifi/internet plus a smart TV in living room & bedroom
*Pool hours are 9 to 9, but quiet folks going to 10 pm is usually ok. Quet time for complex is 9 pm to 9 am - understand this is a quiet place, not set up for parties, unregistered guests nor loud folks - sorry.

We do allow a max of 4 people, but if you have an infant or child, we do allow up to 5. Please, required the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and we cannot grant exceptions sorry it is the HOA rule
We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All fresh towels and linens are also provided.

We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of our ability to make this a great place to enjoy this house close to the beach.
Don't forget - beach gear like beach towels, umbrella, sand toys for kiddos, wagon, pop up tent
Or rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 cash per day - bring cash and no need to reserve in advance the vendor is right in front of many properties up and down the beach
* While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that- it is not a reason for a cancel, refund, nor reimbursement. Please arrive prepared with an enabled hotpot on your cellular device if you have critical work to complete.
.* We do not provide e Door codes earlier than check in time as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course is If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you.
Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. A baby and/or infant is considered a person in the State of Texas and included in total allowed maximum guests. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area.

Please ask before booking about our off season special deals for 3 nights or more September 15 to December 15th - as well as active military & vet discounts year round year round

Sea Dancer is very close to walk to many bars + restaurants, so you really should not need a car once settled in here
Please before you reserve, you must read over and agree to 100% of our house rules - Rather important that you do not book if you do not - as there are some rules to stay here, for example pets are not allowed and you must be 25 to book.

You must agree to input after booking your email address for the required E sign/ signature rental agreement prior to check in - we must have that plus an uploaded photo of Gov’t issued ID to maintain our STR License for the City of South Padre which this - license number of course available upon request.
