We invite you and your guests to stay at this wonderful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, private home featuring two stories and a private in-law suite and private sparkling pool with a hot tub. Your front door opens up to a lovely sitting area, followed by the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dish and cookware, as well as all appliances, including a dishwasher and refrigerator with a built-in ice maker. The dining room has seating for 6, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.
The first guest bedroom is also on the ground floor and features two (2) Queen size beds. Directly next to the guest room is a full bathroom with a tub-shower combination for guests.

Just upstairs you'll find a open living area, with lots of natural lighting, a flat screen TV and a mini wet bar for extra convenience. You and your guests can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the large north facing balcony, just off the living area. The second guest bedroom is also located upstairs, equipped with a Full size bed, along with a second guest bathroom and your Master suite. The Master features a King size bed, television and en-suite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub.

This beautiful home also features a completely private in-law suite, with a private entrance as well. The suite is located on the ground level and has an additional living, kitchen and dining area. The third and fourth guest bedrooms are located in the suite, one with a Full size bed and the other with a Fulll. There is also a full shared guest bathroom and a full private bathroom in the suite.

At 122 E. Swordfish you and your guests can spend the day or evening in your private and beautifully landscaped back yard, featuring a BBQ Grill, or going out on the town to all of the shops, restaurants, amusements or entertainment venues, all conveniently located just minutes from your door. Rather spend the day on the beach, with your toes in the sand? 122 E. Swordfish is less than a 1/2 block from the beach!

Every stay at 122 E. Swordfish includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.​​​​​​​
