This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom elevated beach house has plenty of space to accommodate up to 14 guests. This vacation rental consists of two (2) separate units that make up this entire property. You get both when you stay at this house! The home has an exterior middle staircase that leads to the main level of both units A and B. Both having identical layouts with 2nd floor main entries consisting of the living room, dining, kitchen and 1 bedroom. The living rooms provide seating around a flat screen TV and offer sofa bed accommodations. Just off the living room, there is an open concept dining and kitchen area. The kitchen was recently renovated and features ample counter space for preparing your favorite home cooked meals. A sliding door in each living area provides you with access to the 2nd floor balcony that overlooks Whiting St. Back inside, you will find each bedroom, equipped with a Queen size bed on the main level, these bedrooms lead to the balcony facing the pool area where you'll find a relaxing setup to enjoy our South Padre Island climate! The bedrooms on the 3rd floor each have attached private bathroom. Unit B will have 1 King bed and an extra Full size bed in the bedroom. Unit A will feature 1 Queen bed. The backyard has a large sparkling pool for the entire family to enjoy with lounge chairs to soak up the sun! The home is perfect for family or friends who simply want to enjoy the beach like a local! You'll find the sand and waves, plus shopping, restaurants, nightlife and much more, just steps from your door!

Every stay at 118 E. Whiting includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items.
