All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises. This home is over 2500 square feet and features a spacious living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and comfy bedrooms! The living area entails beautiful built in cabinets, a flat screen tv, and plenty of seating area for guests to relax and unwind while on vacation! You will love the cooking space in this vacation rental. The kitchen offers expansive countertop space and an island. This is perfect for making family meals, and offers ample storage space. Having plenty of room is not an issue in this large home!

The large pool area in the subdivision is a great place to cool off and catch some sun! The Villas of South Padre Subdivision offers private beach access leading directly to the beach and ocean. It is only a 3-4 minutes walk from the front door till your toes are in the sand! When it is time to rest after a fun day of exploring South Padre Island, guests will rest easily in the spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
