- Sleeps 4 max (including children) (King size bed + pull out sofa)
- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties OR anywhere in the complex
- No pets
-For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot
-Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. The complex does not have elevators or luggage carts.
-This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
- 1 assigned parking space in gated garage
